+What is different about getting dentures in the new COVID-19 world?
Saberton Denture & Implant’s main mission is still to provide affordable denture care to the residents of Southern Ontario. However, now that we all have to reduce close contact there are a number of changes that are being made:
We no longer accept walk-ins. All patients must book appointments by phone or e-mail. Please be patient with our staff as we adjust to these new procedures as well.
Patients are asked to bring a face mask to their appointment. It is required that all patients wear a mask unless otherwise instructed by a member of our staff.
Patients are asked to come alone to their appointment if possible. This helps us keep the number of people in our office to a minimum.
Anyone entering the office will have their temperature taken by a non-contact infrared thermometer. This helps us identify anyone that may be sick and not yet feel the symptoms.
Patients will be asked a number of questions over the phone before coming to our office, as well as being asked health-related questions before being permitted into our offices. This is to ensure that we help stop the spread of COVID-19 and are able to continue providing safe denture care.Below are the questions that Saberton Denture & Implant will ask our patients over the phone before arriving for an appointment, as well as at our office door, before entering the office. Each office can be contacted by phone or e-mail simply by visiting our locations page.
